The staff were so helpful specially bader & bilal.. the duty manager was so helpful and friendly
I would like to thank the employees Mr Bader, for his excellent service and treatment as he responded to my room Change urgently.
The staff were very kind and welcoming actually i was reserving two rooms but they upgraded my reservation to suite with two rooms because there was difficulty to find two rooms besides each other. I really appreciate Mr. Talal the manager for his quick action and support also i would like to thank Supervisor Mr. Hamad for giving us late checkout.
