Incredibly clean, very comfortable and staff and food was superb.

This is an amazing B&B. A little out of the way but only enough to escape the hustle and bustle. Total peace and quiet, friendly service, clean and beautiful room. Will definitely stay here again.
Margaret and John were absolutely delightful! If you're ever heading to Carlisle and need a place to stay, then this is it. Everything was wonderful.
We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the Hidden Rover Barn so it was convenient to get there and no where near expensive! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean.
All staff were welcoming and the breakfast was tasty and excellent value for money.
