Spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. Availability of breakfast and dinner.
The young lad who greeted us and checked us in was brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Location. Friendly efficient staff who were rushed off their feet doing multiple jobs.
Easy to find. Great free parking. Near to the centre of Carlisle. Rooms basic but comfortable and warm. Beds very comfortable. Good big screen tv. The full English breakfast was great if too much. Toast tea available etc.
