With an indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, York House has a stunning seafront position. It is less than 437 yards from the pier, and only 65 ft from the gently sloping beach. The Victorian Best Western York House Hotel has been family-run since 1896. Eastbourne’s shopping and theaters can be reached in around a 10 minute walk. Guests can relax on the sea-view terrace, and enjoy cocktails. Drinks are also offered at Verandah Bar, and good food and wine is available in the dining room. Limited on-street car-parking in front of the hotel may be available (for an additional fee), with a discount voucher to be collected at check-in. Side street parking is unrestricted but the hotel cannot guarantee parking spaces.

Apartment was amazing, with a great view over the beach. Rooms was very spacious, nicely decorated and had all the amenities. Nice bar and shared spaces. Room service was fast and efficient. Excellent Breakfast for meat eaters and vegans alike

Good location for strolling along the seafront. Friendly staff, everyone helpful— loaned us an adapter for our devices. We were able to order and be served in the bar. We were very pleased with quality and presentation of our dinners. Convenient bus stop in front, where we could catch bus to Hastings, and not far to catch Hop On Hop Off sightseeing bus.
