Clean, comfortable room. Step off the train and walk one minute to the hotel.
double room was a good size, clean with en-suite bathroom, tv, wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron, bedside cabinets with lamps, bathroom had shampoo, shower gel etc, bath mat and nice fluffy towels. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Location is a short walk into the centre of carlisle and right next to the railway station for travel purposes. There is a small car park which i didn't use this time - i think there is a charge for this possibly?
Very clean, great location for an overnight stay, traveling by train, and the staff was very helpful and professional.
Room was good and so was bathroom. Bath and shower - lovely clean towels. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Location couldn't have been better as it was opposite entrance to railway station
