Great friendly staff, well equipped bedroom with everything you need for a good stay.

Very friendly staff, even the smallest room is spacious, amazing location in the heart of city center.

Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The person at reception when we arrived was wonderfully pleasant and he went out of his way to accommodate us and answer any questions. The location is perfect for touring Edinburgh and accessing the Royal mile and local sights. Good that they provide morning coffee and croissants. Any room needs were met promptly and the hotel was clean. Very welcoming to families.

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The car park was handy and had free electric car charging.

Brilliant location, right where the action is.

Quiet room, zero noise.

We had a turret suite and the rooms were huge. We had a really comfy bed and room had everything we needed. The city was very busy but our room was quiet which was another plus.
