The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. After a quite unsettling experience at another hotel late into the evening when we first arrived, we came straight to the Comfort Inn and the front desk staff went above and beyond for us. Not only did they check us in right away but they were also able to accommodate us in the type of room we wanted. We will definitely be back!
Loved the big bathtub in the room. The location was great! Pool was open late! Hot breakfast!
The pool and hot tub were excellent, the choices of food and things to do nearby helped us out a lot since this was a last minute family trip. Comfort inn served two flavors of waffles in the morning, plus biscuits and gravy and cereal, and a few other choices as well.
Breakfast was good. And the location was great. We stay there every year with our church and we’re happy.
This property is one of our favroite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. so when we're planning a little get away we search to see if this property is available. We have never been dissappointed when stay here. this hotel gets a 10/10 from my family and I always and a big ups to the front desk gentlemen Richard I think that's his name.
