Great location and value. Plus very clean and a very helpful staff.
Excellent staff and location. Excellent noa cafe located within hotel. The ambience was amazing in the artwork beautiful again the staff was excellent in the location great very central in Manhattan.

The staff, especially Pierre and Robert, were especially friendly and helpful. Pierre was friendly, responsive, and attentive to our needs. We appreciate Robert referring us to a quiet room so we could get away from the noise and busyness of NYC at the end of our long days spent walking from one site to another. We loved the fact that Penn Station was a short walkable distance from the hotel.
