First things first. The showers are amazing at this hotel. The water pressure is the best. It's like you're in a car wash, lol. 2nd time here, same experience.
Also, the rooms are spacious, typically a suite with a separate seating area.
Beds are comfortable. Staff are pleasant.
Location is superb. Just steps from Central Park, Broadway, Times Square and 5th Avenue
Booked a 2 room suite, and it felt like a 3 bdrm apartment. There is plenty of room for the kids with plenty of time for mom and dad to do whatever. The location was awesome, central park and trump Tower are right outside and times square is just down the street
The staff were terrific and very friendly. The room was the quietest I'd stayed in in NYC. The location is perfect. Easy walk to theatre district or Central Park. While the room is small, they all seem to be in NYC but the bathroom was very spacious.
Well I like location, in the beginning after Times Square location I thought skeptical that hotel might be not good, upon arrival and at night gentleman, and while c/o staff was nice and was very helpful, and I got upgrade which surprised me more when c/i.
Seems also lovely restaurant in the lobby level.
I wish could stay more days in the hotel and in the PH.
It was simple but met our needs.
Good location.
