Location was excellent for the Siqujour and Cebu connection Ferry port being only 6 minutes walking distance. The room was spacious and ideally suited for 2 people. The air con unit was new and needed to be used in the afternoon heat. There are plenty of local convenience stores, food outlets (local dishes and fried chicken) laundry services and a shopping mall. City centre is only a 12 minute walk. The owner was extremely friendly warm and attentive. Watching the sunset go down from the balcony area was rewarding after a long day out of the city exploring Tarsiers and Waterfalls. Motorbike 125cc also available to rent.
