We liked that Kuya Aljon is just on the next house. He could easily assist us if we have requests. Also there's a parking space for our rented car.
The apartment is clean, LOW price but WORTH more than the price. With private bathroom, Aircon and internet. Shared kitchen facilities with Ref, stove, electric kettle etc. Nearby convenience stores and bakery, transportation available with minimum fares going to Bus terminal and shopping malls. Free water. Attentive good staff.
The property is relatively far from the busy city center, so I was happy with it's quiet and relaxed ambiance. The host was very responsive so I didn't have any trouble in checking-in and checking-out.
We were able to cook our own meals. With the beautiful outdoor kitchen and was able to refrigerate our drinks and food.
Might be a place you don’t really expect as what you’re seeing on the site but This place is stocked with all the kitchen basics you could possibly need, especially if you're trying to save some money. They've got water and all the supplies you need.
