The location is great if you want to explore the waterfalls and chocolate hills because you don’t have to deal with the traffic in the city. Has a nice view of the ocean from two great pools. Staff is always cleaning and friendly. Room is an adequate size but could use a little decor. Has some weights and yoga mats which is all I need but it’s not really a gym. I dropped the rating just a bit because there was a wedding on the day we arrived which meant we couldn’t use one of the pools or the restaurant, which is fine but I think it would have been appropriate to communicate that with us prior to arriving and/or give a discount.

Good communal amenities with two pools and a fabulous sea view for sunset, staff were all very friendly and helpful, easy to get to and from the port by tuk tuk, difficult to get to panglao - good 35min journey with a more pricey taxi

Pool, view, size and comfort of rooms, cafe on site and breakfast was delightful- a favorite part of every day

Location, view, staff, pools, lounging areas, free breakfast, and ability to rent a motorbike at the hotel.

Staff was kind and supportive, with willingness to solve issues.
