The staff were very accommodating and nice. They would go out of their way to assist you. They are all very friendly and have a happy demeanor. The place is very relaxing and comfortable, aside from the aesthetics being very beautiful.

Loved it so much I extended my stay. The staff (especially Lisell and Jerwel) are so friendly and welcoming it was easy to spend extra time at the 'bar' chatting. Punta Punta is located 'outside' of town so I highly recommend renting a scooter to get around at your leisure, although they can also organize a tricycle as needed. They can also organize activities/outings, from tours to yoga or an on-site massage. I had daily surf lessons with Jhonly via Punta and made big improvements in 6 short days. The food options are quite varied and they can customize as needed for dietary needs. Room was as-pictured and I found the AC/ceiling fan to cool the space adequately. Punta Punta is quiet piece of paradise perfect for anyone whether traveling solo or with loved ones.

The place itself is very beautiful and cozy. They have this unique glass door that is so instagrammable. They clean your room everyday. Pretty view from the room.

Punta Punta is such a unique property and we had an incredible stay! I was blown away by the details in the room and bathroom- very aesthetic! The grounds were also beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had quite a few meals at the property which were light and healthy and everything was delicious. Although the property is a bit further from town, we had a scooter which made it a quick trip to go anywhere. Also, the Tuk Tuk to town is very affordable and can be arranged by the team. I highly recommend the property and would stay again.

The food was some of the best we had in the General Luna area. We found it filling, healthy, and a perfect way to replenish ourselves between surf sessions. You can tell a lot of effort was made in crafting the menu. Additionally, the staff were kind and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special shout-out to Nayim for being so positive and helpful.
