The location was excellent and was right in the heart of Lucerne. It was close to most of the activities nearby and also to the Lucerne train station. The staff was helpful and very friendly, including the kitchen staff. I would recommend guests utilize the breakfast; it was very nice.

The location is amazing, in a little square in Old Town, with anything you could need close by. The room itself was very comfortable and clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. We happened to be in town during a city festival and we were right in the middle of the action. Because of the city festival, we were unable to leave the windows open all night without it being noisy, but the trade off was worth it. We listened to the crowd singing down the street and found it charming. It was lovely.

Location, location, location, location. Right in the heart of the old town, tucked a bit away from the bustle. It was helpful that the there was a separate small area with a "work area" where we could spread out our stuff to pack. Thebed was comfortable and they had a fan, thank goodness because it was during the heatwave. Also, the front desk led us to find a delightful unpretentious place that has home made pasta.

We had a family room for our family of four. The room had 4 twin beds but one bed was in an alcove creating a separate room. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We were on the fourth floor and there is no air conditioning but the hotel provides fans and with the window open it was comfortable in the summer heat. The hotel is in an excellent location, in old town just a short block from the river. We would definitely stay here again.
