Excellent stay! The room was wonderful, very comfortable, very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Zero notes! The location is right across the train station, all of Lucerne is in front of you. Would 100% recommend. We didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment on that, but overall we had a great stay.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff on check in. Spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities.

Location very convenient walk from central train station in the New Town area, even when carrying large bags. Nicely urbanized area very close to the attractions and great starting place for your walking tour to the historical Old Town. Building has a spectacular look and feel at street level since it’s located on a renovated historical structure.
