Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was very basic but it is included in the price so nothing to complain about. The location is in a very quiet street, but still very close to the supermarket (2 mins walk) and to the metro and train station (6 mins walk)

Super nice and helpful staff. They solved our requests immediately and they were very friendly. Breakfast was a surprise for us and it was nice. room was clean. Also thanks for running after me and bringing the things I forgot after checkout. :)
The whole team (reception and breakfast) was very friendly and super helpful. Good in English and even prepared for the whole stay a free ticket for public transportation. Really thoughtful and always ready for helping if I habe questions.
Breakfast was included in the rate even so not advertised on booking. A positive surprise. Hotel convenient for business activities in Renens/Crissier.
