The place is in the heart of old Luzern. You go out and you're literally next to the main shipping street. I had a room in the attic. It was hot but since it was in May, it was bearable. The bed was extremely comfy, the pillows also. The bathroom is modern and the water pressure on the shower is great. The check in process is really easy :) I saw people complain about two things : 1 : the stairs making a lot of noise and all I have to say is... walk on the outside of the stairs as most as possible, not the inside of them ;) 2 : People complaining about the lack of elevator before the first floor. All I have to say is that there is an elevator, if entitled people can't climb 6 stairs with their lugages or anything BEFORE the elevator is available, they need to seriously get in shape. Overall, it is a great place to stay IF YOU TRAVEL ALONE AND NOT IN THE SUMMER MONTHS (for the single person room).

Accommodation is in small rooms above a restaurant. Fittings good quality immaculate Coffee machine, safe, fridge, TV Food in oriental restaurant downstairs if required. Superb location. .
