Breakfast and lunch were well done the room was clean Internet was available and connection was fast

Staff went above and beyond to help with special requests. Accommodations were excellent - I stay in Addis a lot for work and have tried many hotels - this is definitely one of the best for clean, functional rooms, hot water, and helpful staff. Airport shuttle was available and on time. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Addis - it is so easy and don't have to deal with the snafus that are so common at other hotels.

Food is amazing. Hotel staff are very polite and professional. Very fast check in and food at the lobby restaurant is really good

The staff was very friendly. They stored our luggage for a day. It was nice of them.
