Delicious breakfast, wonderful pajamas, friendly and helpful staff, fun dinosaurs! Conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and shopping centers.
The washer/dryer was also a lifesaver after we got caught in heavy rain that soaked our suitcases through to our clothes.
The location.... To the Kansai Airport made it a better option in terms of cost compared to staying at KIX. Also.... If you needed to get change because you have only big bills (10k yen).... The desk offers the chance to get change to pay for the parking there since it doesn't take 10k bills.
Liked the atmosphere and overall location being close to the airport is nice

Loved the dinosaur check-in. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was a nice mix of Asian and Western options. The view of Osaka Bay is excellent from the restaurant and the onsen. The location is a short distance from the airport. Could be a bit difficult to find in the dark. We arrived late and it was well worth the extra money for the taxi.
