Not much around the hotel as far as things to do or places to eat. I booked the hotel because I thought it was close to the airport, but in reality you can find places even closer if that’s your goal. The facilities were nice though and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean. They had complementary drink on arrival, simple breakfast, and lots of little toiletries samples.
This is truly one of the best hotels in Osaka that we have stayed in. The cleanliness, the service, the food, the room, and the hotel in general are excellent. Simply a 10 out of 10. It was so impressive that even a staff member learned to say a word in our language at checkout. Simply incredible.
Staff was excellent, they’re very friendly and helpful. Healthy breakfast. Me and my daughter enjoyed the onsen very much. They also have a free drinks party at 6 to 8PM and my husband very much enjoyed it. The room very clean. Hotel near train and bus station. The last day we leaving, it was raining. The staff noticed that we only have 2 umbrellas instead of 3, she following us and offered 1 umbrella for us.. that feeling so warm. We are very much appreciate her. Wish her all the best.
I very much enjoyed breakfast which had salmon and an excellent variety of vegetables. Perfect access to Osaka airport.
Great location to stay close of KIX airport for one night, the rooms are small.
