Great staff, great location, free KIX airport shuttle.
The staff was very nice. And they have the airport shuttle for free.
There was bicycle for free ride and I loved it.. it was easier to go for shopping near by
Although it’s a little far from Airport however they have free shuttle bus to pick from terminal 1
