Went there for a private retreat, an excellent location since is only about 9 minutes to the basilica and around 15 mins to the centre. Very convenient from and to the airport (Perugia), 20 mins for 5 euros.
Clean and quiet room, beautiful view from the windows, good location, very nice breakfast, and the staff are very kind and helpful.
Very good value for money for a short stay in Assisi. It's located close to the Basicilia, about 10 minutes walk from the central square.
