Super clean and nice owner. Room is larger than expected and has nice view over the fields. Stayed in the room with private bathroom. Great value for the money so close to the Lakes
Felt like home from home really relaxed and welcoming.
The breakfast was "make your own", but had lots of choices for breads, cereals and jams (including blackcurrant jam). Nice big room with private (but not en suite) bath. Outside the city of Carlisle, in the middle of farmland, but with easy access to the center city and Carisle Castle, as well as Mike Barry's Scaleby Hill Motorcycle Museum.
it was altogether an easy and welcoming stay. Annie was helpful and warm and made us feel at home, I wish we had stayed with her on our outward journey. The bedroom was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. 5*
Anne is very welcoming, everything about the place makes us feel at home. The secure parking for my motorcycle is a must.
