Beautiful rooms and views, great attention to detail with staff and services

I have never been treated so well and made to feel so important. We showed up exhausted from travel and without food for most of the day. We had a warm welcome, light atmosphere, and a surprise of an upgraded room. The hotel itself is stunning. The views are amazing from every angle. Though we stayed only one raining night, it was the highlight of our European trip.

We traveled in Europe for 2 weeks & stayed in 6 different hotels. Chateau Gutsch was our favorite! The hotel has great charm & history. The staff was friendly, helpful, & very welcoming. The views of Lake Lucerne from our balcony were breathtakingly beautiful! We sincerely hope to come back here to visit again.

For starters, it’s a castle. The views are amazing and the breakfast was wonderful.
