We came here to attend The Open Championship in July. This place was so friendly, helpful, comfortable and the location was perfect. We could cut through a food hall to get to the train station (hello more coffee!) and stop through on the way back for a beer. The hotel bar staff were amazing as were all the front desk staff and services. No question was too much, and the conversations were wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious enough with all the amenities we needed.

The staff, the staff, the staff. What wonderful people. I really enjoyed staying in the executive room it was easy to work in there and also how luxe to get a bathrobe
