The history, decor, art, information, room design, windows, staff was professional and knowledgeable. Ben Graham at the front desk went above beyond every day.

Dinner in the bar, the burger was dry and the choice of gluten free bun for the burger was too large and also too dry. Breakfast. The pan cakes were out in the warmer too long and we're tough and hard in places. Service from the staff and other food and beverage options made up for the shortcomings.

Just loved the historical information about the building and how it was integrated into the design. Breakfast was bountiful and all staff perfectly lovely and helpful. I have travel around Europe many times and this is now my favorite hotel!
