The most hospitable Belfast welcome awaited from a friendly staff. This hotel is in a superb location on Botanic Avenue close to restaurants and a railway station connecting central Belfast with places such as Coleraine and Derry. Wonderful breakfast and evening bar environment.
Staff were great breakfast and dinner were great, rooms could use a fridge.
Charming, quirky hotel. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and at the restaurant. Location is pretty convenient for folks willing to walk a bit.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk to the city centre, the university, and several tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and bus stops are right around the corner, which made getting around very easy.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Kate and Emma for reaching out when I forgot an item in my room. Kate went above and beyond to arrange for it to be posted back to me and kept me updated throughout the process.
I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast.
