Landlord is an absolute gentleman I have never met better people it's like a five-star hotel wonderful place
After reading many reviews about this property and being hesitant about it, here is my own experience
The room is spacious, very clean. Perfect temperature. Tea and coffee kettle. Nice recliner chair.TV. The room itself was definitely perfect for several nights stay.
Affordable and walkable to Belfast City centre. There is a corner shop nearby and it is in a neighbourhood, so it is relatively quiet.
I was helped quickly when their was an issue with the key box outside.
Location and price. Big bed .. comfortable. Fridge in room
Property was easy to locate. It was clean and good value for money. Happy to see a fridge and tea/coffee facilities.
