The location is exceptional, near the train station and in the heart of the town .. fully furnished kitchen with washing machine ..
The location is great, it is clean, the entrance and enrering is safe, the kitchen is well equipped
Clean and comfortable. Very lively town centre street, but triple glazing and effective security made this a positive.
Location was perfect, very central to train station, buses, shops etc.

Our room was to the back of the building so we had no street noise issues as some previous reviews have mentioned.
I would happily stay here again if back in Reading.
The room was excellent for the price and the extra touches with milk, cereal etc were fab.
The location is excellent, we were day visitors to Reading Festival which was a short 20min walk and there are high street shops, restaurants, fast food, pubs and clubs in very close proximity
