Breakfast has been delicious everyday and the personnel has been always efficient and ready to satisfy our requests.
The location is exactly between the rail station and downtown, so simple to move around even without using car and/or transports service.
The rooms were large, well furnished and, at 12/13 floor, silent and calm.
Good location, train station is nearby plenty of options for restaurants and in the city center.
Short walk to the hexagonv to see a show which was purpose of staying. Great hotel. Have stayed here before and will do again. Very close to the rail station or parking nearby at Broad street mall car park for seven pounds for 24hrs by presenting the ticket to staff at hotel reception to stamp. Very good breakfast lots if choice and mice leisure facilities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
The breakfast was great!!! Many options and all tasty!! The bed was super comfortable! The room was also really big! And a great view from 13th floor!!
The staff especially Marissa, very helpful and the pool and clean room
