comfortable bed and the best one during our trip to England
Great hotel, highly recommended.
Entrance needs a ramp for luggage and probably more lights on the hotel itself as you can see much of it at night.
There is only one elevator which has two doors. One for the guests to the rooms and the other to the kitchen and service areas.
Always smells like food. Suggest to add a refresher to kill the food smell.
I was impressed by the architecture and the attention to detail as well as the cleanliness.
5 star hotel with all expected modern amenities in the room. Smelt nice everywhere.
The breakfast was excellent. Good quality of an excellent variety of foods. The staff were eager to be of help. Personalized service.
