It was a great location. Centrally located to the mountain coaster and horseback riding in one direction and The Stanley Hotel and downtown Estes the opposite direction. RMNP is also a short drive away. Nightly s’mores was a great bonus. Employees were very friendly. Bed was comfy as well as the fold out couch. The outside aesthetic was cute with the flowers and Swiss like look.
Check in was super easy, staff was very friendly. Quiet, clean, comfy spot. Great location.
The room was great, with comfortable beds and property while older was will kept. The coffee in the "B" building lounge was really good.
Location was great. Staff were very friendly and the little touches like s’mores in the evening, the fire pits with supplied wood and gas grills were all very nice
We liked the 2-bedroom apartment with a large deck. The hotel is very quaint, and we found it to be very quiet - even though there was no vacancy. We weren't "on top of "other guests, in terms of space. The nightly S'mores option was a bonus, along with the outdoor gas fireplaces.
