Perfect location on the Fall riverbank, comfortable accommodation, friendly staff. After hiking all day long up in the mountains the soothing natural white noise of the flowing river put us to sleep in no time. The accommodations in #19 is perfect for a family of 3-4. It does not have a dishwasher though. Highly recommended, nevertheless.

I liked the size of the room; it was very spacious. I also liked the king-sized bed; very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin and location were excellent. We enjoyed the river which was visible from our balcony. The location allowed us easy access to the park entrance, sightseeing options, and restaurants. The cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

The location right next to the river was just beautiful!

The property is gorgeous. The Fall River flows through the property over rocks. The sound of the light rapids is relaxing. Wildlife seen in three days: 2 elk, a family saw a black bear that ran off, hummingbirds, other birds, chipmunks, and we saw some trout in the river. There are different types of comfortable outdoor chairs around the property to enjoy the views. The hot-tub was clean and nice and warm. The stars at night were abundant. There are propane grills to use and an ice machine. It truly is a beautiful property. We had everything we needed to cook. There were complimentary items that were helpful like salt, pepper, coffee, tea, creamers and sugar, and cleaning supplies for dishes. The bed, couch, and chairs were comfortable and the unit was very clean. We loved our stay. It is only 2 miles from RMNP and a few miles from downtown Estes. For us it was a perfect location.
