nice, clean rooms, very responsive stuff. we enjoyed our stay a lot! For families with children - the outdoor facilities are great, along with the evening smores making :)

This modestly appointed Inn is conveniently located near downtown Estes with a nearby shuttle stop to various park sites. Despite being off the main road into the town it was pleasantly quiet at night. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. We noticed several families enjoying the fire pits/s’mores in the evening (we had an engagement so could not partake). This is definitely a family friendly place. Breakfast included coffee, juice, fresh fruit (apple/bananas), yogurt, oatmeal, bagels/toast, egg/bacon bites, hard boiled eggs (pretty basic but convenient).

Toiletries were upgrade. Firepits and s’mores were great. Popcorn in the afternoon and Snack bars for the trails are a Nice touch. Mattress comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful.

Choice of hot and cold breakfast. A lot of entertainment in the grass area-pool, play area, fire pits: petunia flower boxes added to ambience feel.

There are so many things to do on the property. Something for every age group and ability.
