Amazing views, very friendly stuff, excellent customer service.
Great property, not fancy but exactly what we needed
The breakfast was lackluster, but everything else was great. Loved all of the amenities. The heated pool was great and so was the hot tub. Loved all the fire pits and things for kids to do.
Everything was amazing, check in was smooth and fast, they provided all the information needed, this a place where you can stay and have fun while exploring Estes Park.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although we had to leave before breakfast started, they kindly allowed us to take a few breakfast items the day before, which was much appreciated. At check-out, we were also given bottled water along with some snacks, which was a thoughtful and welcome gesture. It was a nice touch that popcorn was available for free, adding a little extra to our experience. Overall, we felt well taken care of by the team.
