Location is nice. Near to rail station-just 10 min walking. It’s possible to go to touristic places walking. Bedroom is clean.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in very easy. We were able to leave our bags with the front desk when we checked out so we could continue exploring Lucerne. Beds were very comfortable for three of the four of us.
Quiet, clean. Arrived early and left luggage with front desk, upon return found luggage was in our room, wonderful. Centrally located with central station. Kt far away and a bus station and grocery store right around the corner. Very close to Musegg (or Museggmauer) the historic city wall and the Lion of Lucerne Monument.
Perfect downtown location. Easy access by rail or car. An old hotel but modernized and very clean. Very helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast buffet.
Close to all amenities, staff are so friendly and helpful.
