Excellent stay, the hotel is brand new and location is just next to the railway station! Very friendly staff at the reception and the service is just great! Design or the room is very modern!
I like the AI system control the curtains, room light and television. Just use sound to give instructions. And through the AI, i can get latest information about hangzhou without searching myself. Of course, it's in Mandarin language
The room is clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The staff is helpful to teach us how to use Alipay to book Di di (Taxi).
