For the price I am very satisfied with the hotel. It is close by the west lake culture center, which is only a few stops from the Hangzhoudong rail station, the West Lake, and other areas like the Hangzhou city station. The price was also quite low even during the lunar holiday. There are some decent xinjiang style restaurants nearby. I didn't really have any other expectations for the hotel but they provided some good free tea, and the bed was quite large. No complaints really.

Location easy access to everywhere. It’s just one subway station to West Lake.

The staffs were extremely helpful. Although their English is poor, they tried out of their way with translation app to support. They even paid the taxi fee on app for me. Thank you

Удобный чистый номер. Полотенца меняли каждый день, пополняли запасы воды и чая.

В общении с персоналом проблем не было, хоть и не все говорят по-английски (благо, есть переводчик).

По нашей просьбе вызвали такси до аэропорта.
