An absolute breeze of a stay, owners are very friendly and attentive, check in was easy, a great location and free parking...who could ask for more ?

Really impressed with this place. Very clean and comfortable, nice and modern with great kitchen facilities. Great size - enough room to relax after long days walking.

Centrally located. Well equipped. Very comfortable. The parking space was a great bonus as we were organising a family wedding.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room is well furnished and the bed is very comfy. Everything looked clean which was reassuring. The location is also very convenient, only a couple of minutes away from a tesco and plenty of places to eat. The heating worked very well (though personally would appreciate a bit more instruction on how to adjust the system). Would definitely stay again!

This is an excellent modern ground floor flat only a short walk from the centre of Reading. It has everything you need - kitchen, washing machine, two TVs (one in the bedroom), no stairs, huge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a private offstreet carpark, and even a wall mounted electric toothbrush charger (the first I've ever seen). Access was via a door code which means you never have to wonder who has the key. The bed is particularly comfortable - which we appreciated after a 24hr flight from Australia. We'd stay here again for sure.
